Based on the information provided, we submit an estimate for each of the deliverables. You will know upfront what is included in the quote. No surprises at invoice time! If we need to amend the scope of the project, we will discuss options and make changes accordingly.
We brainstorm to unlock potential ideas for each project. No two projects are alike. Every client receives custom ideas based on their project and goals.
We present several initial designs, followed by several rounds of revisions. Your comments and edits are important to us and add to the character of each project.
For print, we prepare final files for your choice of printer or we can manage the project for you. We have established long-term relationships with trusted vendors. We can procure estimates and provide pricing, review print proofs and press checks, and coordinate delivery and mailing. For websites, we can help with registration, hosting, and maintenance of your site.
We assess everything we do: Did it work? Reach the target? Make the phone ring or the users click? Is there anything else we can do for you, our client, to make you more successful?
